Where can I enter the sweepstakes?

To join the Shop sweepstakes, go to the Shop section of our app and click the Sweepstakes banner. Look for the specific event and redeem your units for entries to participate.

The sweepstakes period starts and ends at specified times. Participants must be in the eligible location and the age of majority in the jurisdiction of entry. No purchase is necessary. Participants must have Mistplay version 5.87 or higher to access the event. Please see the Official Rules for more information.

How do I successfully enter the sweepstakes?

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning a prize.

• Entry options:

Option 1: To participate, select the amount of units you want to redeem for entries in our mobile application and tap Redeem Entries. Please note that there might be a total limit of entries. Please refer to the Official Rules within the app for more information. 

Option 2: Use the mail-in method by sending a prepaid, postage-marked, and hand-addressed postcard with the required information. Please refer to the Official Rules within the app for more information. 

Option 3: Use the electronic request method by filling out and submitting an Electronic Request Form. An account is limited to two (2) electronic requests per day during the Sweepstakes Period, and each electronic request must be six (6) hours apart. Please refer to the Official Rules for more information.

Please ensure that your current email address is added to the account prior to submitting your request. Requests must be postmarked during the sweepstakes period and received by the specified date.

How will I know if I successfully entered the sweepstakes?

The Redemption Successful message will appear once you have successfully redeemed your units for entries within . To check your sweepstakes entries, go to My Rewards. From there, you can also verify the progress of the sweepstakes.

What are the eligibility requirements for the sweepstakes?

Please refer to the Official Rules for that particular sweepstakes. The eligibility requirement can be found by tapping View Official Rules within the event.

Will I need to provide any additional information if I win?

Potential winners are subject to verification procedures as per the Official Rules. Please make sure that your email address is up-to-date on your Mistplay account as you will be contacted using the email address associated with your account. For more detailed information, you can refer to the Official Rules by tapping Official Rules at the bottom of the sweepstakes portal.
