Maya February 22, 2024 19:23 Updated Follow To review the status of your PayPal reward, please double-check the email address linked to the PayPal account where your reward was deposited: 1. Open the app and tap "Shop" in the navigation bar 2. Tap the "Wallet" button located on the top right side of the screen If there is an active PayPal account associated with that email address, then the funds provided by your reward should be deposited within 48 hours of your redemption in Mistplay. If there isn't an active PayPal account associated with this email, then you should have received an email from "email@example.com" with instructions on how to claim your reward. If for some reason you do not receive any information linked to your reward, please note, PayPal reward redemption emails cannot be resent. If the reward is not claimed within 30 days of the date it was processed through Mistplay, it will be returned, at which point we will be able to refund the units spent manually 📩 Alternatively, if your reward has been addressed to a valid, active email address that is different from the email address associated with your PayPal account, you can add said email to your PayPal account thus enabling you to still receive the funds. We've outlined how you can do this below: 1. Open the PayPal website on your device and tap the head to your settings 2. Look for the section titled "Email" and tap the "Add" button 3. Enter the email address you would like to add to your PayPal account and tap "Add" once you've finished. You'll receive an email from PayPal asking you to confirm the addition. 5.
