This article will give you a general overview of the Mistplay Shop tab and the reward redemption process. Should you face issues either with redeeming units for a reward or with a reward that has already been redeemed, we encourage you to explore the articles in our Rewards & Mistcodes section, or reach out to us directly.
Gift cards
Upon selecting your reward, you’ll be taken to the Gift Card Details page. The items for which you have enough units for redemption, and their respective unit costs, will be displayed here. Please note that certain options may not be available if you don’t have enough units. This is indicated by the red gift card amounts when choosing your reward.
After you select the item you want, you’ll be asked to confirm your email address for reward delivery. Once your order is processed, you should receive a notification stating Purchase Successful! You’ll then be able to check the status of your reward in the My Rewards section of the app.
Don’t worry if your reward initially seems to be Pending. This just means your reward is being processed, which can take up to 48 hours.
Once your order is Approved, you can claim it by tapping the Visit site button to view your reward code and claim instructions. The reward will also be sent to your confirmed email address.
My rewards
Your Shop History is conveniently located in the My Rewards section of the app. This page displays all your past orders, allowing you to track and manage your rewards more easily. When you place an order through the Mistplay Shop, it might initially appear as Pending. Don’t worry, this is a normal part of the process!
Reward statuses
Pending
Your order is currently being processed. Please note that processing your order can take up to 48 hours. We appreciate your patience during this time.
Approved
Once your order is marked as Approved, it’s ready to use! You can now enjoy your reward.
Declined
There was an issue with your order. Please contact Customer Support for assistance.
Refunded
Due to a temporary issue, your gift card was automatically canceled, and the units you tried to redeem were returned to your Mistplay account. Please contact Customer Support for assistance.
Trade gems for units
Exchange gems you’ve earned from purchases in Loyalty games for units in the Mistplay Shop. To trade your gems, simply navigate to the Shop section of the app. There, you’ll find an option to exchange your Loyalty gems for units.
