Rewards redeemed on Mistplay are issued by our gift card providers, who process and deliver them to the email address associated with your Mistplay profile 📬 Prior to redeeming a gift card, please ensure the following: You have selected the correct gift card type, brand, amount The gift card is available in your local currency The e-mail address linked to your Mistplay profile (as displayed in the "Edit Profile" section of the app), is the email address where you would like to receive the email containing your reward details.
