I ordered the wrong gift card. Can I cancel or exchange it?

Please be aware that we are unable to cancel or exchange reward redemptions/gift card orders once they are placed because the funds required to purchase them are immediately processed.

Rewards redeemed on Mistplay are issued by our gift card providers, who process and deliver them to the email address associated with your Mistplay profile 📬

Prior to redeeming a gift card, please ensure the following:

1. You have selected the correct gift card type, brand, amount
2. The gift card is available in your local currency
3. The e-mail address linked to your Mistplay profile (as displayed in the "Edit Profile" section of the app), is the email address where you would like to receive the email containing your reward details.
