Please include the following information in your request: 1. The reward type 2. The date of redemption 3. The email address your reward was originally addressed to 4. The email address you would like your reward to be redirected to If the email address you would like your reward to be redirected to is different from the email address currently associated with your Mistplay account, you will need to change the email address linked to your Mistplay profile to reflect the email address you desire your reward to be sent to.
