If you've accidentally sent your reward to the wrong email address, you can contact us to request that your gift card be resent to another email address, if this feature is available based on the reward you have selected. Please include the following information in your request:
- The reward brand and redemption date
- The email address your reward was originally addressed to
- The email address you would like your reward to be redirected to
If the email address you would like your reward to be redirected to is different from the email address currently associated with your Mistplay account, you will need to provide a screenshot of your profile page along with your request. This is so we can verify that you are the owner of the account that placed the order!
