This guide is specifically designed to walk you through the most common login issues and their solutions. Are you using the right login method? Your login method should correspond to the platform or method you used when first creating your Mistplay account. If you signed up using Google, Facebook, Line, or email, please select the corresponding Log in with Google/Facebook/Line/email option. If you encounter an error at login, it’s possible you’re selecting the wrong login option or using incorrect credentials. Please ensure you’ve selected the right login option with the correct account information. If you’re still having issues, you can try logging in through another platform. If you no longer have access to your Facebook, Google, or Line account, or the email address used to create your initial Mistplay account, you’ll first need to regain access to that external account (Facebook, Google, Line, or email) in order to get back into your Mistplay account. We recommend contacting the respective platform’s Support team for assistance. Remember: Changing the email address from your Mistplay Profile will not alter your login method or the platform (Google, Facebook, or Line) linked to your Mistplay account. You will still need to log in using the same platform and login credentials you originally used to create your Mistplay account in order to reconnect. If you’re certain that your account was not created using Google, Facebook, Line, or Kakao, then it’s possible you have a username-password combination. Input the email address associated with your Mistplay account to receive the password-reset instructions. Tap the password reset link in the email, create a new password, and tap Reset password.
