I created a Mistplay account using “Sign up with Kakao” and need to maintain or regain access Isaac August 12, 2024 17:19 Updated Follow Starting on August 6th, 2024, and becoming final for all users on August 12, 2024, you will no longer be able to use the “Login with Kakao” button to log in to Mistplay. But this doesn’t mean your Mistplay experience is over! We’ve already migrated your account to one that utilizes your email address and a password to log back in 🙂. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are still logged in to Mistplay, do not log out until you’ve successfully created a password by following the steps below. If you know the email address associated with your Kakao account Click this link (which opens a “Forgot Password” web page) Enter and submit the email address associated with your Kakao account. Look for and open a new email message from Mistplay with a link to create a new password for your Mistplay account. Click that link, which opens a webpage where you can enter and submit a new password. Go to the Mistplay Login screen, and select the “Login with Email” button. Enter your email address and the new password you just created. This should successfully log you back in to Mistplay! If you don’t know the email address associated with your Kakao account (or don’t have any email associated there) If you are still logged in to Mistplay: Provide Mistplay with your email address by going to Profile > Edit Profile > Private Info > Email. After entering your email address, tap the check mark on the top right of the screen. Click this link (which opens a “Forgot Password” web page). Look for and open a new email message from Mistplay with a link to create a new password for your Mistplay account. Click that link, which opens a new webpage to enter and submit a new password. Go to the Mistplay Login screen, and select the “Login with Email” button. Enter your email address and the new password you just created. This should successfully log you back into Mistplay!
