It isn’t possible to change the email associated with your Mistplay account. Each Mistplay account is permanently linked to the login method (Facebook/Google/Email) and email address used at sign up, and you’ll need to log in using that same platform to access your account. If you no longer have access to that social account or email address, you won’t be able to get back into the same Mistplay account.
Please note that you can choose a different delivery email each time you redeem a reward. On the redemption confirmation screen, edit the email field and enter the address where you want the reward sent.
