If it appears that your progress has suddenly disappeared, it’s possible that you accidentally created a second Mistplay account. For example, this can occur if you initially created an account using Google, and then created another account using Facebook.
If you notice that your progress and details are markedly different, we recommend that you log out, and attempt to log in again using a different login method. When you regain access to your original account, you will notice that all of your units and player experience will be present.
