How do I increase my Loyalty Status?

You can increase your Loyalty Status by earning gems with every purchase made in Loyalty games. To see how many gems you need to maintain (or up) your current status, go to the Loyalty Status page via the icon in the top-left corner.

For a full list of available Loyalty games, tap the gem icon at the top of your app, followed by “How to earn gems,” then “select games.”

If you’ve made a previous purchase in any Loyalty game but did not receive your gems, please refer to this article: I didn’t get the gems or units I was expecting from an in-app purchase. Gift cards and games displayed are for illustrative purposes and selection may vary by region.
