In this event, our system is prevented from both recognizing your actions and manually unlocking any units or gems you may have earned, and keeping an accurate record of your expenditure. Fortunately, we are able to manually unlock missing units or gems and edit the information in our database to accurately reflect your activity in the app with a little help from you! 🙆♀️ For assistance in this area, please submit a support request carefully following the instructions below: 1) State the amount you have spent in the Loyalty Game you are seeking gems or units in using the following template: [Game Name] - [Total Amount Spent] If you've made purchases in multiple games, please include the separate totals per game, for example: Yahtzee - $32.40 Dice Dreams - $7.99 2) Attach Screenshots of your official Google Play receipts. Be sure that the date of purchase, amount spent, transaction ID, and the name of the game are visible in the screenshots you provide, for example: We strongly recommend that you learn how to access your purchase history by reviewing the Google Play guide here.3) Provide a screenshot of the loyalty info of the game in Mistplay.
