Your Mistplay Loyalty Status refers to your in-app progress based on the number of gems you acquire on a biweekly basis. As your Loyalty Status increases with the gems you earn, you will progress from the initial Bronze Status to Silver, Gold, and finally, Platinum.
The higher your Loyalty Status, the more benefits you’ll enjoy, including extra gems, GXP, units, and more. To view a complete breakdown of your current benefits in-app, go to the Loyalty Status page via the icon in the top-left corner.
Note that your Loyalty Status refreshes after a set number of days. You can monitor this directly in-app.
