Why has the reward speed in my game decreased? Maya July 10, 2024 17:58 Updated Follow The most common reason why your game’s unit multiplier – also referred to its reward speed – may have dropped or slowed down is because you or your device may have already installed or registered for that game in the past. Games that you have played or installed in the past do not qualify for rewards from Mistplay. Rather, Mistplay rewards you for playing games that you newly discovered from Mistplay. Other, less common reasons why your reward speed may drop or slow down include: you did not play or register for the game within 7 days of installing it; there was suspicious activity related your install; the game’s developer was unable to verify your install of the game; or when a network error occurs during game installation. To avoid this: Make sure it is the first time you or your device has installed the game on this device. Always download the game through Mistplay. Avoid switching between mobile or WiFi networks while you are downloading a game. Ensure you play the game, including any registration or game tutorials, within 7 days of installing on your mobile device. In some rare cases, even if you use the app properly and follow the above requirements, a network glitch or outage may cause the issue installation to be incorrectly attributed. If this happens, please try installing another game from Mistplay. Related articles Why am I not earning units or GXP when I am playing games? Can I delete a game from Mistplay? How can I earn units?
