Why has the reward speed in my game decreased? Maya February 25, 2024 19:04 Updated Follow A game's unit multiplier —also referred to as its reward speed — can drop when an error occurs during its installation that prevents the game’s developer from recognizing that you downloaded it through Mistplay. If the game's developer does not credit Mistplay for its installation, unfortunately, it is not possible for us to award you full units for playing it. This can happen due to a network interruption or if you have downloaded the impacted game outside of Mistplay in the past. To avoid this: (1) Make sure you download games you would like to be rewarded for playing through Mistplay. (2) Ensure that you have not previously installed a game you are interested in playing in the app outside of Mistplay in the past. (3) Avoid switching between mobile or WiFi networks while you are downloading a game. Related articles Why am I not earning units or GXP when I am playing games? Can I delete a game from Mistplay?
