Daily Tasks

Located in the Events tab, Daily Tasks are objectives that are catered towards your playing habits and offer you rewards upon completion/claim. Tasks will be available in batches and new ones will appear in a locked state until all tasks from the previous batch have been completed/claimed. 

Completing a pre-defined amount of tasks in a day will reward you with the prize(s) in the chest. Simply tap on completed tasks or chests to claim the rewards. Your tasks and chest will reset every day.

Chests will reward you with a range of prizes with varying odds. This is the current breakdown:

• 80% - 100 units
• 15% - 200 units
• 5% - 500 units

Task or chest rewards that go unclaimed before the end of the day will be auto-claimed the next time you access the Events tab on a following day.

GXP earning limits have a special exception to allow for task completion.

I made an In-app Purchase (IAP), why does my task appear incomplete?

In-app purchases (IAP) can take some time to be reported back to us by the game developer.

Once we receive your purchase information, the task requiring an in-app purchase will be updated and marked as complete – unlocking your unit reward. You’ll be able to identify this unit increase by taking a look at your unit history, which can be accessed by clicking the turquoise unit icon in the top-right corner of your screen, followed by Full history.

If you've made an in-app purchase to complete a Daily Task, have allowed some time to pass and the Task is still showing as incomplete, please contact support.
