Error Code: 1420-677673 Information: This error occurs when the game you’re trying to download is unavailable, possibly due to popularity or an ad blocker detected on your device. Troubleshooting Steps: Remove any ad blockers from your device. If the game has reached its daily download limit, try again tomorrow. Error Code: 1462-827984 Information: This error indicates that Mistplay has detected you are using a rooted or incompatible device. Common affected devices include Huawei Honor 50, Chromebook, Kindle, and Amazon Fire tablets. Troubleshooting Steps: Unroot your device or switch to a compatible Android device. Error Code: 502-836982 Information: This error indicates that there was an internal issue with the games service, which has since been resolved. Troubleshooting Steps: Force-stop the Mistplay app via your device's settings. Restart your device. Reopen the Mistplay app and try launching a game. Error Code: 524-837371 Information: This error indicates that the email address you are attempting to add to your Mistplay Profile is already associated with another Mistplay account. Troubleshooting Steps: Use an alternate email address that is not currently linked to any Mistplay account. Ensure you have full access, as rewards will be sent to this address. Alternatively, sign out of your current account and log into your old account. Remove the email from the Profile under Edit Profile and update it accordingly. Error Code: 547-798268 Information: This error indicates that the email address you are trying to use for redeeming your PayPal reward is already associated with a previous Mistplay account. Troubleshooting Steps: Use a different email address when redeeming PayPal rewards. To add a new email to your PayPal account: Go to PayPal Settings. Tap the + symbol to add an email. Enter your new email address and confirm it via the email link sent from PayPal. Error Code: 556-708265 Information: This error indicates that Mistplay has detected a VPN connection. This may occur if you’re on a public Wi-Fi network or if someone else at home has a VPN running without your knowledge. Troubleshooting Steps: Switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data (or vice versa) and check if the message disappears. Restart your device and reconnect to Mistplay. If the issue persists, contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) for assistance. Error Code: 595-858369 Information: This error indicates that your account has been deactivated and can no longer be accessed due to inactivity. Error Code: 433-708265 Information: This error indicates that your session was invalid and has been fixed. You may need to perform some troubleshooting steps to ensure continued access to the app. Troubleshooting Steps: Log out of the app completely in the Profile > Settings section (this first step is important!) Clear your app cache: Long press the Mistplay icon and tap the "i" info button. Tap Storage or Cache. Select Clear Cache. Log back into the app. Error Code: 522-858369 Information: This error typically indicates a problem retrieving your Mistplay account. Reasons may include: Using a deactivated account. Accessing an account for which you requested data deletion through our Privacy team. A brief network issue. Troubleshooting Steps: If it was a network issue, try closing and reopening the app. If you’ve requested account deletion or your account is deactivated, sign up for a new account using a different email address. If the issue persists, please contact Customer Support for further assistance. Error Code: 518-767386 / 515-767386 Information: This error indicates that you are attempting to claim a Daily Task that has already been completed. Troubleshooting Steps: Please wait for the next Daily Task to appear in the Events tab to earn more bonus units. Error Codes: 542-858369 / 523-837371 Information: This error indicates that the username generated for your account is already in use, preventing you from logging in.
