Are you connected to the internet? Error code: 1400-786984.” This error message indicates a temporary problem with your local connection and/or our server, meaning it shouldn’t last longer than a few minutes. Please try restarting the Mistplay app to resolve the issue. Please make sure that Data Saver mode is turned off on your phone, then try again. 1420-677673 🎮The error code you've received is associated with trouble installing a game. Certain games in Mistplay limit the number of users who can download them in a single day, so this generally occurs if this game has reached its daily download cap. If you remove the ad blocker, you should be able to download the game successfully, so long as the daily download cap has not yet been met. Error code: 524-837371.” This error message indicates that the email address you are trying to add to your Mistplay profile has already been used by another Mistplay account. There are several ways to create a new Mistplay account, including: Google Facebook Kakao (if this option is available in your country) Email (if this option is available in your country) Username and password (if your account was created in or before 2019) If, for example, you’ve unknowingly created an account through Google using a particular email address in the past, you will not be able to reuse that same email address to redeem the reward through another Mistplay account you’ve created through Facebook. We recommend one of the following two options to resolve this issue: Use an alternate email address that is not currently linked to a Mistplay account on your profile. Please note that all your rewards will be sent to this email address and we cannot resend some reward types. Before linking a particular email address to your account, make sure that you have access to it. If you remember the login details for the Mistplay account you believe might be your duplicate, try signing in to that account to remove your desired email from its profile. Go to the “Edit profile” section of the app to change the email address. 547-798268 💳 “The email address associated with your account has already been used by another Mistplay user. Please reach out to Customer Support. Error code: 547-798268.” This error message indicates that our system is recognizing the email address you are using to redeem a PayPal reward as having already been used by another Mistplay account in the past. To avoid this issue, use a different email address when redeeming PayPal rewards specifically. You can add additional emails to your PayPal account by following the instructions below: 1. Open the PayPal website on your device and go to your settings. 2. Look for the section titled “Email” and tap the “Add” button. 3. Enter the email address you would like to add to your PayPal account and tap “Add” once you’ve finished. You’ll receive an email from PayPal asking you to confirm the addition. 4. Click the link in the email to verify your actions and complete the process. 556-708265 🌐 “Looks like you’re using a VPN. Turn it off to use Mistplay. Error code: 556-708265.” This error message indicates that our system has detected a VPN from the network you’re connected to. A virtual private network (VPN) is an encrypted connection from a device to a network over the internet. If you are connected to public Wi-Fi at school, work, or even at home, there might be a VPN running that you’re unaware of – ask your classmates, colleagues, or roommates! If you try switching from Wi-Fi to mobile, or vice versa, the VPN message should disappear. If you’re positive that the network you’re connecting from is not using a VPN, please restart your phone and reconnect to Mistplay. Finally, if the above troubleshooting steps do not resolve the issue, the problem might derive from the IP address of your home internet connection. As such, you’ll need to reach out to your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to troubleshoot the issue. 595-858369 💤 “This account can no longer be accessed.
