Uninstall and reinstall the app. You can force-stop the app by entering your device's settings, locating Mistplay, and selecting the "Force Stop" button (the procedure to do this may differ depending on your Android device). Once the app has been force-stopped and your device has restarted, reboot the app and try to launch a game through Mistplay. If the above troubleshooting steps don't resolve the issue, you can try clearing the app cache. Here’s how you can quickly clear the app cache: Go to the “Settings” menu on your device. Click on “Storage” in your Android settings. Select “Internal storage” under “Device storage.” Click on “Cached data.” Select “OK” when a dialogue box asks if you want to clear all app cache.
