We strive to provide a great experience to all Mistplayers, so we’ve outlined some troubleshooting steps you can take to resolve these issues quickly. To ensure that the app is working properly: Manually log out of your Mistplay account. Force-stop the app and restart your device. Uninstall and reinstall the Mistplay app. You can force-stop the app by entering your device's settings, locating Mistplay, and selecting the Force Stop button (the procedure to do this may differ depending on your Android device). Once the app has been force-stopped and your device has restarted, reboot the app and try to launch a game through Mistplay. If the above troubleshooting steps don't resolve the issue, you can try clearing the app cache. Here’s how you can quickly clear the app cache: Long press on the Mistplay icon and tap "i" info button Tap Storage or Cache Tap Clear Cache While the troubleshooting steps provided here resolve many common issues, some errors may be more niche and require specific solutions.
