How do I ensure Mistplay's emails always arrive in my inbox?

To ensure that all Mistplay communications, from prize announcements to newsletters, are directed straight to your inbox (and not to your spam or junk folders), you can whitelist our official email addresses, including:

• Gift cards: noreply@tangocard.com and noreply@mistplay.com 
• Support: support@mistplay.com  
• Newsletter: mistplay@mail.mistplay.com 
• Privacy: privacy@mistplay.com 

To whitelist an email address, simply add it to your account’s contacts. Check out some examples of how to do this:

• On your mobile device

1. Open the Gmail app and tap the three-lined icon located in the top-left corner of the screen to access your menu.

2. Scroll down until you locate the option titled “Contacts.”

3. Tap the plus (+) icon in the bottom-right corner to create a contact, and then save the information you enter using the “Save” button.

• On your computer

1. Open Gmail and click on the square of 9 dots near the top-right corner of your screen.

2. Click on “Contacts.”        
                                         

3. Select “Create contact.”                   
                                

4. Enter the email address you wish to whitelist and confirm it by clicking “Save.”
