    I tried clicking on the, please contact us, but it said, access denied. I have done the following but the app is still crashing.

    My app is crashing as well. My phone has cleared the cache and says there is a bug to contact mistplay

    Cannot open or download any games through the app. Cannot get the daily play bonus. 😫 I'm on 444 days of daily play.

    I am having the exact same problem.. Was working last night.. Woke up this morning and clicked on the app, it opens for a split second and quits. I have tried the steps above and still the same... Please can you fix this.. I was close to cashing out

    Tried all of the above, and it will only open for a fraction of a second, but then it does open and wants me to log in. The moment I log in it starts the crashing thing again. Eventually my phone pops up an error saying to contact you MistPlay, but clicking contact us gives me an error as well. Losing my streak AND game play activity from this, despite the notice that claims it's recording my game play. Please fix it!!!

    I don't want to lose my free money but I am going to complain that it keeps telling us to contact mistplay that there is a bug in the app and you guys need to fix it. This happened on my friends iPhones and their Android phones as well. And I'm getting crap because I told them to download the app. It would be nice to be able to at least get my gift card but I can't.

    Me, as well. I haven't been able to sign on & the app has been crashing for 2 days. I'm still playing my games but I will lose several hundred days of continuous login streak on mistplay now. That stinks. And this website says access denied when i try to submit for help. What's up guys?

    I uninstalled and reinstalled now it's saying my account doesn't exist but when I tried to make a new account it says already exists. I can't get back in the app at all. Got an email from mistplay that said my streak was reinstated and 25 credits added to my account. Doesn't do me any good if I can't get back into my account. Someone please help!!!

    Prima non riuscivo ad accedere al negozio, poi mi dite di svuotare cache, forzare interruzione, disinstallarla e installarla, lho fatto una decina di volte, avete un bug sistemate l'app

    The problem still stands. Lost my streak and i was hoping to get my giftcards. None of the steps work, its just a lie to remove your streak. Wow Mistplay, you really solved the problem this time.

    Je ne peux plus jouer...
    J'ai désinstallé, forcé l'arrêt, réinstallé... j'arrive sur mistplay...quand j'arrive au jeu...je clique dessus.. lorsque je clique sur installer : s'affiche les conditions et la politique de confidentialité et il ne se passe plus rien...

    Hey person. I translated ur comment: I can't play anymore...
    I uninstalled, forced stop, reinstalled... I arrive on mistplay... when I arrive at the game... I click on it.. when I click on install: the conditions and the policy are displayed confidentiality and nothing happens...I can't play anymore...

    La blague... j'ai reçu un mail me disant que compte bloqué parceque j'aurais violé les conditions...la première fois que j'ai joué ils m'avaient bloqué me soupçonnant d'être un robot...lol

    I haven't received my gift cards I'm now waiting on two $10 cards to PayPal I've never had any issues in the past I've always gotten all my rewards on time...what's going on??

    When I go to redeem my points I don't have the option for PayPal I did everything you suggested for trouble shooting and it's still not there. I would like to cash out some time soon.
