We strive to provide a great experience but sometimes a bug slips through. Below we've added all the steps you can can take to try and resolve the problem. To ensure the app functions properly, please do the following: 1. Force stop the Mistplay app and then restart your device 2. Uninstall and reinstall the app 3. Clear your app cache Here's how to clear app cache: 1. Go to the Settings menu on your device. 2. Tap "Storage" in your Android's settings. 3. Tap Internal Storage under Device Storage. 4. Tap Cached data. 5. Tap OK when a dialog box appears asking if you're sure you want to clear all app cache. Should none of these work Please contact us! The moment I log in it starts the crashing thing again. Eventually my phone pops up an error saying to contact you MistPlay, but clicking contact us gives me an error as well. Losing my streak AND game play activity from this, despite the notice that claims it's recording my game play. This happened on my friends iPhones and their Android phones as well. I can't get back in the app at all. Got an email from mistplay that said my streak was reinstated and 25 credits added to my account. Doesn't do me any good if I can't get back into my account.
