If we detect that you have already completed the face verification process on another account, you will receive the following error message: You’re already registered Looks like you already have an account with Mistplay. We only allow one account per individual. Please try again or contact support to help sort this out. If you think this message is being sent by mistake, you can try again (up to five attempts in total) to complete the face verification process. Here are some questions to guide you through the process: Do you already have another account registered with Mistplay? (If so, see our tips on logging in for some help.) Do you have a neutral expression with nothing covering your face (ex. glasses, masks)? Does the device you are using have a well-functioning front camera? Is your camera clean and free of dirt and smudges? Are you in a well lit space that does not cast a large amount of shadow on your features? Is there a glare or bright light shining on your face? (This should be avoided.) Have you tried changing your location? (i.e. by moving to another room.)
