You will receive a message letting you know that your account has been placed on hold and will not be able to continue using the Mistplay app. If you believe that this hold was placed by mistake, you may reach out to our support team to review your account status. Please note that there are several other reasons why Mistplay may place a hold on your account (unrelated to phone number verification).
