Many devices have a "do not disturb" setting, which prevents you from being notified when you receive a new next. Make sure to turn off this setting before verifying your account. Make sure that you are connected to a cellular network. Make sure that you have service and that "airplane mode" is not enabled. Check your number. Make sure that you have entered the correct phone number and country code. Contact support.
