We will let you know when it is time to verify your account. Here is a quick guide to how the process works: The next time you order a gift card, Mistplay may ask you to verify your phone number. Read more about why we need your phone number here. You will be prompted to enter your mobile number. Enter your mobile number, then tap "Send Code." You should then receive a six-digit verification code via text. Enter the code that was texted to you, then tap "Verify Code." (Please be aware that the verification codes expire after 5 minutes, so make sure to enter it promptly.) Once you verify your code successfully, you should receive a pop-up dialog confirming that your order is being processed! If you make a mistake entering your code, you can try to re-enter it 4 more times before a hold will be placed on your account. (Please note that you can send yourself a new code once every 60 seconds. The "Send Code" button will be disabled for 60 seconds after a new code is sent.) I'm having trouble verifying my account: I don't see my country as an option/Mistplay says that my country is not supported. Your phone number must be based in a country where Mistplay is available. Please remember that the only way to download Mistplay is through our official Google Play Store page; we do not allow users to access Mistplay through VPNs. Unfortunately, without a valid phone number it is not possible to continue earning rewards with Mistplay.
