Someone claiming to work for Mistplay contacted me. Jason January 13, 2021 05:25 Updated Follow Mistplay will never contact you to ask for any of your personal information. Do not provide personal information to people in the Mistplay app claiming to represent Mistplay. In the Mistplay app, all employees have blue or green usernames. If the person you are speaking to has a regular white or black username, they do not work for Mistplay. Report any person you see impersonating a Mistplay representative, and do not provide them with any of your personal information. In the event that you win a Mistplay end of the month contest, you will be contacted by someone with an email address ending with "@mistplay.com". If you ever receive an email that ends with anything other than those characters, it is not from a Mistplay employee. Mistplay will never ask you for your bank information, credit card information, or social security information. If you are contacted by someone asking for this info, even if their email address looks legitimate, they are a scammer. Related articles I have not received my gift card, where is it?
