Error Code: 524-837371" this means you must have accidentally created an account using this email in the past. Let's break this down! There are two ways to make a Mistplay account: 'Continue with Google', or 'Continue with Facebook'. If, for example, you accidentally created an account in the past using Google signup, you will not be able to add the same gmail address to another account you've created using Facebook login. Here's how to fix that! 1) You can add a different email address to the account you're currently using Or 2) You can sign out of the account you're currently using, and log in to the other account that has your email address registered. After logging in, you will need to edit the email address so that it is free to use once again. How to add/edit an email address to your profile: 1. Click "Profile" icon located on the bottom right of your homepage 2. Click "Edit Profile", which is located at the top of the page 3. Input an alternate email address, which is located directly under "Private Info".
