Why did the unit multiplier drop on my game? Jason Prime January 29, 2023 20:27 Updated Follow If you’ve downloaded a game and you notice that the unit multiplier appears to be lower than what was originally displayed, this means that Mistplay was not credited for your installation. In other words, the developers of this game were not able to confirm that you installed their game through Mistplay. When this happens, unfortunately it is not possible for us to reward you with the full unit multiplier for that specific game. Here's how to avoid your unit multiplier dropping in the future: 1. Make sure that you're installing the game on Mistplay for the first time. 2. Make sure you always download the game through Mistplay (i.e. launch Mistplay > tap on a game you like from the "Keep Playing" list > follow the steps to install it). 3. Make sure you don’t switch between mobile or WiFi networks while you are downloading a game. In some rare cases, even if you meet all of the above requirements, a network glitch may cause the install to be incorrectly attributed. If this happens, try installing another game from Mistplay.
