The rewards from Mistplay are sent by our gift card partners, who process and send them to the e-mail address associated with your Mistplay account. Prior to ordering a gift card always check the following: 1) The e-mail address you are using for Mistplay is correct 2) The gift card is available in your local currency 3) You have clicked on the gift card you want After you have followed these steps order your gift card reward then check your inbox (or possibly spam folder) for an e-mail from Tango Cards or Mistplay.
