Jason June 25, 2020 00:20 Updated Follow Once a gift card has been approved it cannot be exchanged; our gift cards are sent from our partners at Tango Cards who process and send them to the e-mail address associated with your Mistplay account. Prior to ordering a gift card always check the following: 1) The e-mail address you are using for Mistplay is correct 2) The gift card is available in your local currency 3) You have clicked on the gift card you want After you have followed these steps order your gift card reward then check your inbox (or possibly spam folder) for an e-mail from Tango Cards Related articles I have not received my gift card, where is it?
