How can I request access to my Personal Information?

Subject to the applicability of specific legislation you have the right to access your Personal Information that we hold. In the event you make such request, note that we may require certain information from you in order to verify your identity and locate your data which may take up to one (1) month, all in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Requesting access to your Personal data is incredibly easy. Simply send an e-mail to: privacy@mistplay.com requesting “Access My Personal Information” and we will make an effort to respond in a timely manner.

Please be aware that information access will not enable you to edit your account information.
Requesting information will give you access to a zip file containing a copy of the personal data related to your account. If you need to edit something in your account information, contact support by selecting "Submit a request" at the top of this page.
