In the event you make such request, note that we may require certain information from you in order to verify your identity and locate your data which may take up to one (1) month, all in accordance with applicable privacy laws. In order to completely delete your Personal Information, simply send an email to: privacy@mistplay.com requesting “Delete My Personal Information”. Be sure to include your Mistplay username and the associated email address. Please note that deleting all of your personal information includes any loyalty points that you have earned and not redeemed and will render your Mistplay user account inaccessible.
