    I have the same issue, i keep getting this error code before starting a game in mistplay app, 702-767989

    When I start a game it's not loading mistplay and I am not getting my points

    Also been playing for hours every day and my daily bonus says I haven't played.

    Make sure power saving mode is not turned on cuz it won't be able to record your activity and also the app my need to be updated

    I have started new games, played several hours every day but my history hasn't recorded anything new since 3 days ago! Settings look exactly how they should....what has changed and how can I fix my beloved account with Mistplay please???

    You probably need to update the app and going to settings to it allow it to record your gameplay when did you start playing the game you must open the app first and then play the game but check your phone settings to make sure that the app is turned on and you have to turn off power saving mode on your phone an order for misplaced to

    I updated mistplay a few hours ago and now the stupid app is not recording my gameplay. When I launch through mistplay the logo is always at the top of the screen but it hasn't been there not once!! Since I updated.

    Make sure in your phone settings that you allow the app to record your game progress also make sure your power saving mode is off and make sure that you open up the app first before you play a game if none of those work get in contact with the mistplay team via email
