What is a Limited User account? 

A Limited User account (“Limited User”) allows you to explore Mistplay and enjoy a variety of games without creating a profile right away.

While using a Limited User account, you can start earning units by completing tasks and playing games through the app. You’ll also have multiple opportunities to sign up for a full Mistplay account, which enables you to redeem units for rewards in the Shop!

Can I redeem units for rewards as a Limited User?

As outlined in our Terms of Use, you must complete your Mistplay Profile in order to redeem gift cards and other rewards in the Shop.

While you can certainly earn units with your Limited User account, you can only redeem them once you complete your Mistplay Profile (via Google or Facebook).

What happens if I try to redeem rewards as a Limited User?

If you try to redeem rewards as a Limited User, you will be prompted to create an official Mistplay account.

If you already have an existing account at the time of this attempt, you will have to log in as a returning user. Please note that any units earned during the guest login experience will not be transferred to your existing profile. Best practice is to ensure that you’ve signed in to your Mistplay account before playing games through the app.
