Steve March 05, 2024 01:43 Updated Follow We're happy to announce that we now have a “Resend" button in the rewards section of the app which enables Mistplayers to resend the claim codes of their fully approved rewards to their inboxes again. Should this feature not appear to be present in your version of the app, please try to uninstall and reinstall Mistplay! 📲 Please note that only rewards that have successfully undergone the 48-hour approval process can be resent. Please also be aware that PayPal rewards do not currently contain claim codes and as such are excluded from this feature, they cannot be resent. For help with a missing or delayed PayPal reward, please reach out to our support team, who will then forward your request to the gift card provider. To resend a reward, simply follow these steps: 1. Open the Mistplay app and tap the "Shop" button in the navigation menu 2. Tap the wallet icon on the top right of the screen to access your rewards history 3. Select the reward that you would like to be resent, then tap the "Resend" button located in the center of the screen. Your reward will be resent to the email address it was originally delivered to.
