I didn't get the gems or badges I was expecting from an in-app purchase Maya November 27, 2023 18:43 Updated Follow Occasionally, a technical error can occur that fails to capture or communicate your purchase in a Loyalty game. In this event, Mistplay is prevented from recognizing your actions and unlocking the badges or gems you should’ve earned. Fortunately, we are able to manually unlock any missing badges or gems, and can edit the information in our database to accurately reflect your activity in the app! 🙆♀️ Please review our Terms of Use for any other restrictions that might affect the amount of gems visible to you in the app. Afterward, you can submit a support request following the instructions below: 1. State the amount you have spent in the Loyalty game from which you are seeking gems or badges using the following template: [Name of game] – [Total amount spent] If you’ve made purchases in multiple games, please include the separate totals for each game, for example: Royal Match – $32.40 Mergedom: Home Design – $7.99 2. Attach screenshots of your Google Play purchase history. Make sure that the date of purchase and name of the relevant game(s) are visible in the screenshots you provide, as shown in the example below. You can retrieve your Google Play purchase history by clicking the link here, or by doing the following: 1. Open the Google Play Store application on your device. 2. Tap the profile icon located on the top-right side of the screen. 3. Select “Payments & subscriptions,” followed by “Budget & history.” 4. Finally, select “Purchase history” and take a screenshot of the details. Once we receive this information, we’ll gladly unlock any missing gems or badges for you!
