How does Mistplay Status work? Maya August 19, 2024 15:35 Updated Follow Mistplay status, also commonly referred to as loyalty status, refers to your tier in the Mistplay loyalty benefits program. Your tier is determined by the number of gems you acquire on a monthly basis. To determine your current Mistplay status, select the hexagonal icon in the top left of your app. You can view additional information by then selecting "View Status". Different tiers unlock different benefits, including boosted earning speed, bonus units, and exclusive avatars. There are currently four loyalty status tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. We've included a description of each tier and the benefits they provide below. It is important for Mistplayers who are new to the loyalty status benefits program to note that month 1 is considered the buy-in period. This is the Bronze tier of the program and the period in which a player acquires their first gem or set of gems. This status will be maintained until the end of the following month. The in-app purchases and gem acquisitions that occur during month 2 can ensure that a player either maintains their status in month 3 or catapults them to the next tier. If a player earns 10 gems in this period, for example, the following month, their Mistplay status will change from Bronze to Silver. This rate of progress is applicable to all months after month 2. The length of time a status is retained is based on the month the player's most recent gems were acquired. If a player makes an in-app purchase and attains a particular status in January for example, they will maintain that status for the entire month of January, through to the end of February. This will be the case regardless of whether the gems were acquired at the beginning or the end of the month. Related articles How can I earn units?
