Once you have earned enough units to redeem the reward you've been eyeing, head to the "Shop" tab in the app. 2. Select the gift card or reward you would like to redeem and ensure that your reward is being addressed to the correct email account. Your reward will be addressed to the email account linked to your Mistplay profile by default. To learn how you can edit the email address linked to your profile, click here. 3. Tap "Buy" to submit your order for processing. You will receive a prompt to confirm your order before it is processed. Once your order has been placed, it will be approved within 48 hours 📤 If your reward does not arrive within 48 hours of your redemption, you can contact us by selecting the "Submit a request" option at the top of this page and we will look into the matter for you. 4. When your reward is successfully processed, you will receive an email from one of our reward distribution partners containing the reward.
