This is because the funds required to purchase the rewards are processed immediately. Rewards redeemed through Mistplay are issued by our gift card providers. Our providers process and deliver details for each redeemed gift card directly to the email address associated with your Mistplay account (or to the in-app dashboard if this feature is available to you). 📬 Prior to redeeming a gift card, please ensure: You have selected the correct gift card type, brand, and amount. The gift card is available in your local currency. The email address linked to your Mistplay profile (as displayed in the “Edit profile” section of the app) is the correct email address where you’d like to receive the reward details.
