Jason November 05, 2021 20:42 Updated Follow Users who have been blocked from Mistplay by our fraud prevention system will receive an error message informing them that their account has been placed on hold for potential fraudulent activity. There are a number of reasons why your account may have been flagged by our automated fraud prevention system. Please see a breakdown of examples of fraudulent activity below: Account farming Creating a large number of Mistplay accounts on a single device Using a large number of devices to farm points on many accounts Using software to simulate multiple devices that run Mistplay and farm points on many accounts Taking advantage of the Mistplay referral system to farm units Location fraud Accessing Mistplay from a region in which the app is not currently available Connecting to Mistplay through a VPN Device fraud Accessing Mistplay through an android emulator on a computer Accessing Mistplay from a rooted device or downloading an application that grants root access Accessing Mistplay through a program that allows the user to control their mobile device through a personal computer Accessing Mistplay from any device other than an android mobile phone or tablet Autoclicking fraud Having software on your device than can be used to simulate touch input to fraud playtime, such as autoclickers or autoscrollers Fraudulent applications Downloading an application that can be used to fraud in-app purchases or events Installation fraud Downloading Mistplay from any source outside of the Google Play Store Finally, your account will be blocked for any bot-like behaviour. As stated in our TOS: "You [user] are not allowed to use any other electronic means such as an internet bot or web robot (“Bot”) to generate automated views, clicks or conversions or employing any misleading practices such as repeated manual clicks to artificially inflate user activity and/or revenues when using the Services. Any User activity that uses a VPN, proxy or Bot will be considered as fraudulent activity and will be blocked by our fraud prevention system. The use of a VPN, proxy or Bot can cause your device to be permanently blacklisted and your User account to be either suspended or terminated."
