Users who have been blocked from MISTPLAY by our automated fraud prevention system will receive the following notification:
There are a number of reasons why your account may have been flagged by our automated fraud prevention system. The most common reason is that our system believes you have been trying to connect to MISTPLAY using a VPN. Using a VPN is against the rules and will lead to an automatic ban. Other reasons an account may be suspended include the use of an Android emulator, a rooted device with unusual in-app behavior, the running of multiple parallel accounts, autoclicker software, or any similar programs that would allow users to earn units fraudulently.
If you have been blocked from MISTPLAY due to violations of our policy you can appeal your ban by submitting a ticket on support.mistplay.com or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Make sure to include the email you used to sign up for MISTPLAY and a support agent will investigate your case and potentially unblock your account.
Please note that every time you are blocked by our system it is recorded, repeat offenders will be permanently banned. If you are permanently banned you will forfeit all of your units with no chance of redeeming them.
