Possibility 1: You've forgotten your username or password
If you're receiving the "invalid credentials" error message, you may have forgotten your login information. If you have forgotten your username or your password all you need to do is open MISTPLAY and click 'Forgot your password?" then input the email address you used to sign up for MISTPLAY. You will receive an email with your username and instructions on how to reset your password. Simply follow the prompts in the email to reset your password and you'll be able to login to MISTPLAY with your new password. Remember that usernames and passwords are case-sensitive
Step 1: Open MISTPLAY and click 'Forgot your password?' or visit https://www.mistplay.com/auth/forgot
Step 2: Enter the email you used to sign up for MISTPLAY
Step 3: Check your email for a password reset link from MISTPLAY
Step 4: Click the password reset link.
Step 5: Enter your new password and click 'RESET PASSWORD'
Step 6: Login to MISTPLAY using your new password.
Possibility 2: You're selecting the wrong login option. It is important to log in using the same method that you originally used to create your account.
If you initially created your account using Facebook, you'll need to select the "Log in with Facebook" option
If you created your account using the "Log in with Google" option, you'll need to use this option to sign in.
If you created your account using an email address, username, and password, select the standard "Login" option. Note: Even if the email you used in this case was from Gmail, you wont be able to use the "log in through Google" option if you didn't initially create your account that way.
