How do I redeem a reward?

Redeeming a reward on MISTPLAY is simple, just follow the steps below!

Before redeeming a gift card make sure to double check the email address it will be sent to. Once a gift card has been redeemed we cannot change it. 

1) Once you have enough units to redeem a gift card, open up MISTPLAY and click on the Shop tab. 

2) Select the gift card that you would like to redeem. 

3) Click BUY to submit your order for processing. You will receive a prompt to confirm your order before it is processed. Once your order has been placed, it will be approved within 48 hours.

You will receive the following confirmation after pressing ORDER. (Notice that 3000 units have been deducted from my account, as can be seen in the top right corner of my screen).

4) Be patient until your gift card is approved. If you have not received your gift card within 48 hours, you can contact us by selecting "submit a request" at the top of this page and we will look into the issue for you. As soon as your gift card has been approved you will get an email from one of our gift card partners with a link to redeem your gift card.

5) Follow the instructions in the reward email to redeem your gift card.
