I sent my reward to the wrong email! Jason August 30, 2021 22:35 Updated Follow If you've accidentally sent your gift card to the wrong email address, you can contact support to request that your gift card be resent. Assuming the reward hasn't already been spent, our support staff will be able to resend your card. Contact support by Submit a Request and provide: 1) The wrong address the reward was sent to 2)The proper address you would like it resent to. Then, please edit your email address in the app to the proper address so we can verify that you are the owner of the account that placed the order. You can do this by opening MISTPLAY and following these steps: 1) Visit your profile page in the Mistplay app 2)Tap "Edit Profile" 3)Review your email address and edit it if necessary.
