Unfortunately, if your reward was already redeemed and sent to a valid email other than your own, we can't refund or redirect the card. If the email you attempted to send your card to was invalid it may be possible to resend your gift card to your proper email.
It is for this reason we strongly recommend you confirm your email prior to redeeming gift cards.
You can do this by opening MISTPLAY and following these steps:
1) Click on More
2) Click on Settings
If you redeem a reward and your email is invalid, please note that we will not be able to send you your gift card.
