Unfortunately, if your reward was already redeemed and sent to a valid email other than your own, we can't refund or redirect the card. If the email you attempted to send your card to was invalid, it may be possible to resend your gift card to your proper email.
It is for this reason we strongly recommend you confirm your email prior to redeeming gift cards.
You can do this by opening MISTPLAY and following these steps:
1) Visit your profile page in the Mistplay app
2)Tap "Edit Profile"
3)Review your email address and edit it if necessary.
